Dear Sir(Sirs),Dear Madam(Mesdames),Dear Mr.Wang,Dear Miss.Liu,Dear Mrs.Zhang,Dear Ms.zhou,
(1)First Paragraph(第一段)
A.I am very happy to apply for the position of secretary which you advertised in The Japan Times on December 20,2000。
B.I would like to apply for the position of administrative assistant, which you advertised in The Japan Times of February 6,2000。 I believe my several years of business experiences and professional training qualify me for the position.
(2)Middle Paragraphs(主要段落)
I am wellorganized, hardworking and able to work well with all kinds of people. I enjoy taking on responsibility and I am ready to put my practical training to work and demonstrate my competence in an international organization such as yours.
(3)Last Paragraph(最后一段) (1)
I would appreciate it if you would give me the opportunity to meet with you in the near future. Please contact me at ×××××× (home), or by returning the enclosed postcard. Thank you for your attention to my resume.
Truly yours,Yours truly,Yours Sincerely,Faithfully yours,Yours very respectfully,Very Sincerely yours.
3 enclosures:(1)An Autobiograghy(2)A photocopy of doctor degree certificate(3)L photograph
Your Name(你的姓名)Your Address(你的住址)Date(日期)Name(姓名)Address of Company(公司地址)Dear Mr./Ms.:(亲爱的先生/女士:)First Paragraph:(第一段)
Second and Third Paragrah:(第二和第三段)
Final Paragraph:(结尾段落)
Sincerely yours,(结尾用语)(Your Signature)(你的签名)Your Name(你的姓名)Enclosure(附件) [HJ] 英语求职信范例:
