Xiaoquan Mansion， located in southern suburb of Chongqing， was rebuilt into the schoolhouse of Kuomintang Central Politics Institution and its president was Chiang Kai-shek. In 1940， Chiang Kai-shek誷 official residence was built along the Huaxi River within the institution.
