A:Do you know that there’s going to be a lecture in the big class-room tomorow？

B:Yes.I heard there was a good professor.It’s on the history Asian literature.

A:I’m very interested in literature.But I have never heard a good lecture on this topic.

B:Me too.Last week’s lecture on literature was totally off the point.

A:You mean the lecture given by that professor from Japan？I was bored with his long lecture.

B:But I saw you sit near the front of the classroom.

A:I sat near the front of the class because I was trying to take notes.

A:The lecture is so attractive that we have not heard the bell ring.What do you think of it？
讲座太吸引人了，我们连铃响都没听见。你认为呢？
thought为think的过去式和过去分词，但也是一个名词，意为思考，想法，思想，关心，挂念等。Thought+宾语从句比较常用。例：I thought that he would come.这句话既可以表示“我当时就认为他会来”，也可以表示“我以为他会来”。
B:I thought it was great.But I can’t agree with the lecturer on some points.
我认为很好。但是在某些问题上我不能同意演讲者的意见。
A:Oh,actually I don’t quite understand some difficult points in lecture.
哦，事实上讲座中的有些难点我也不太明白。
B:Maybe we can have a discussion about the lecture in class for further understanding of it.
