Coming from the Pu Tuo Mountain The Buddha
定居东海的南海观音
The Goddess of Mercy lived in the East China Sea
一如朝露中牧羊的童子
Like a shepherd herding sheep in the morning dew
如意轻扬？拂尘轻扬
Raising the Jade and the horsetail whisk
斜倚浪尖的青草长在风口的青草
The green grass bending on the wave or standing upright in the draught
鲜嫩的让人眼谗
Enviously fresh and tender
木鱼摹仿羔羊的模样
The wooden knocker follows the example of the lamb
圆圆的眼睛一眨一眨
The round eyes blinking
圆圆的嘴吧嗲嗲的
The round mouth speaks coquettishly
发出喕喕的叫
Making endearing sounds
这里是普陀
This is Pu Tuo
是山海佛国的一片草场
A pasture in the peaks of Buddhism
观音要在每天清晨放牧木鱼
The Goddess of Mercy grazes the wooden fish in each morning
