申请驾照
国际驾照是联合国为那些已具有本国驾驶执照而又需在其他国家驾驶的人员而制订的，为驾车者克服可能会在驾驶中碰到的困难，因为在这些国家对驾照有着不同的要求。拥有国际驾驶执照具有很多优势。1949年9月19日，联合国为在国外的驾车者们制订了国际驾驶执照，用若干种语言印制——联合国官方语言（英语、法语、西班牙语、俄语和中文）还有德语、阿拉伯语。该执照使人们有权在其他国家驾车。 国际驾驶执照容易申请，也不用参加驾驶考试。 国际驾驶执照还列出国家的名单，这些国家都签署过联合国关于道路交通条约，并且承认国际驾驶执照。

学会开车
驾车前，应做好心理准备，尽量放松，不要紧张，紧张易使该做的动作不敢做、该走时却不敢走，该停时却停不了，容易引发事故。不会并线的驾手，学习并线先要观察内外后视镜，确认有换道的可能再打转向灯。打开转向灯后柔和打方向略偏向换道一侧，同时转头扫一眼车近旁，再次确认反光镜死角里没有未曾发现的车辆；坚决地并进车道，保持车速不要降低，甚至有时需要加一脚油，只有车速和其他车辆相当或略高的时候，才不会影响别人。由于过分专注而紧张的新手，要有意识提醒自己放松身体，让后背靠在座椅上，经常看看后视镜和左右反光镜，对周围车辆的运动有个概念。

买二手车
买旧车有一定危险。新车有一般三到五年的保修，但从车主手里买旧车没一点儿保修。买车时，找一个懂车的人和你一起去，彻底地试车。要注意检查的有：发动机，是否漏油，排气系统，车间，悬挂系统，轮胎，电池，方向盘，是否有松动的零件。直接从车主手里买车还是会很便宜的。

车行修车

保养汽车

接受罚单
