Homeward Fishermen， a Yuan Dynasty（1279.1368） hanging scroll by Tang Di， ink and slight color on paper， 144cm×89.7cm， in the collection of the Palace Museum， Taipei.
Tang Di（ca.1287.1355） was a painter in the Yuan Dynasty.
Drawn in 1338， the fourth year of Zhiyuan reign of the Yuan Dynasty， it depicts the scene that fishermen go back home after finishing their work. On the mountain path， three fishermen carry fishing gears on their back， talking cheerfully and humorously. At the roadside are old pine trees and dry branches， while stream murmurs in the distance. It has a delicate painting technique， light but elegant colors and vivid characters.
