第60章 Peddler-Anonymous

Peddler, a Yuan Dynasty(1279. 1368) hanging scroll by an unknown author, ink and golden lines on silk, 101.4cm×66.3cm, in the collection of Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.

It was previously believed to be a work of Song Dynasty painter Su Hanchen. But judged from the hair style of a child in the painting, it should be a production in the Yuan Dynasty. All kinds of commodities are available in the shelves. A peddler and a child stand face-to-face. It seems that the kid has already bought something, ready to leave with happiness. Delicately painted, it gives readers a sense of reality. Su Hanchen has produced several drawings on peddler. This painting is different from the one kept in the Palace Museum, Taipei.
